7.63. Drafting change recommended in section 5(1).-

The language of sub-section (1) of section 5 is cumbersome and lacks clarity. Hence, without any change in substance, we recommend the adoption of the drafting device separately defining "official secret" as including the enumerated classes of documents and information.
