7.36. Section 2(9)-Definition of "sketch".-
Section 2(9) defines a 'sketch' as including any 'photograph' or other mode of representing any place or thing. We propose to add 'plan' in this definition, so as to avoid repetition of the word 'plan' in the various succeeding provisions1.
1. The definitions of 'sketch' is proposed to be include in the general definitions applicable to the whole Act.
