6.2. Section 109-Supply of copies of information.-
For filing a claim under the Act, certain particulars are required, and section 109, to some extent, addresses itself to that aspect. It is, however, found in practice that the required particulars are not easily available to a claimant. To remedy this hardship, certain obligations should be imposed on the police to transmit the information required for filing the claim.
