5.3. Simpler scheme preferred.-

For all these reasons, we prefer the simpler scheme of automatic transfer of insurance rights on transfer of ownership of the vehicle. As already stated, a point concerning notice will be dealt with, in the detailed recommendation that shall be made in due course.
