15.3. Recommendation to amend section 10, Transfer of Property Act.-

Having taken into account the social conditions of the present day and the considerations mentioned above,1 we are of the view that in section 10 of the Transfer of Property. Act, the proviso relating to restraint on alienation should now be removed, and we recommend accordingly.
