159. Article 120.-

Article 120 is the residuary Article for suits. This is intended to provide for the omission of any other kind of suit. Under the existing scheme we find that a number of residuary Articles are provided, one at each stage. This is unnecessary. A single residuary Article may be provided fixing the period of limitation as three years from the time when the right to sue accrues. The period should not, as now, differ with different groups of suits and should be the same whether it is a suit founded on tort or contact or on any other right of action.
