1.5 Report of the Parliamentary Committee on Subordinate Legislation (1993- 94):-
The attention of the Law Commission has also been drawn to another Report, namely the Fifteenth Report of the Parliamentary Committee on Subordinate Legislation (1993-94) which is in seven Chapters, which deals with various aspects concerning the legal profession. Chapter VI of the said Report deals with 'Continuing Legal Education and Restructuring the Law Course' and Chapter VII deals with 'Renewal of Registration'. It appears that this Report has not also been referred to in the Working Paper prepared by the Law Commission.
