6. Insertion of new section 6.-

After section 60 of the principal Act, the following section shall be inserted, namely:-

"60A. Arrests to be made strictly according to the Cod.- No arrest shall be made except in accordance with the provisions of this Code or any other law for the time being in force providing for arrest."
