3.3 Statutorily incorporation of safeguards contained in D.K. Basu's case.-

It is equally necessary to give legislative recognition to the safeguards contained in the decision of the Supreme Court in D.K.Basu. The safeguards to be incorporated (being No.1 to 11) have been set out hereinabove.
