II. Recommendations

2.1 We are aware that the propositions contained in the preceding Chapter are not new. Nevertheless, we feel that they need to be reemphasized and reaffirmed. There is an urgent need for justicedispensation through ADR mechanisms. The ADR movement needs to be carried forward with greater speed. Besides, many other suggestions, which may now be called hackneyed, need a fresh look.
