Make it bailable and compoundable. On receiving FIR, definite conclusion based on history of family life, root cause for lodging FIR should be arrived at. Proper training should be given to women police officials. To spread awareness by making it mandatory for TV channels to show protective penal provisions and civil rights available to women.
