Introduction
1.1. Scope of the report.-
This report deals with section 45 of the Insurance Act, 1938. The section deals with the right of the insurer to repudiate a policy on the life of the insured. In the working of the section, certain difficulties have been noticed and the Law Commission has taken up its examination as part of its function of revising the laws of our country.
