4.4. Proceedings other than prosecutions.-
On the question whether the proposed amendment should cover legal proceedings other than prosecutions of police officers, the comments received on the Working Paper have not expressed any specific views, except the State Government of Orissa which does not favour such a widening of the proposal1.
