Section 2

In section 2 of the principal Act, after clause (b), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:-

'(bb) "mail" includes every conveyance by which postal articles are carried, whether it be a ship, aircraft, vehicle, horse or any other conveyance, and also a person employed in conveying or delivering postal articles'.
