110. Section 142.-

We think that a comma should be inserted after the word 'misrepresentation', and the existing comma after the word 'creditor' removed, in order clearly to bring out that the section deals with the case of a guarantee obtained by means of misrepresentation whether the same is brought by the creditor or by some one else, with his knowledge and assent.
