Report No. 13

Section 184.- For section 184 of the Principal Act, the following section shall be substituted, namely:-

"184. Who may be an agent.

As between the principal and third persons any person may become an agent, but no person who is not of the age of majority and of sound mind can become an agent-

(a) so as to be responsible to his principal, or

(b) so as to be personally bound to third persons in respect of contracts entered into by him on behalf of his principal, according to the provisions in that behalf herein contained".
