31. Section 7.-
The Director of Legal Studies, Madras has invited us to examine section 7(2). In his view, there is no justification in the case contemplated by the latter part of the sub-section for laying down that the proposer must again write back to the acceptor. We have given due consideration to this matter and we see no good reason to recommend any alteration of the law on this point.
