37. Restriction on access to information in DNA Data Bank.

Access to the information in the crime scene index shall be restricted in such manner as may be specified by regulations, if such information relates to a DNA profile derived from bodily substances of,-

(a) a victim of an offence which forms or formed the object of relevant investigation; or

(b) a person who has been eliminated as a suspect in the relevant investigation.
