35. Access to information for operation, maintenance and training.
Access to such information contained in the National and the Regional DNA Data Banks may be made available, as the respective DNA Data Bank Directors considers appropriate,-
(a) to a person or class of persons, for the sole purpose of proper operation and maintenance of the DNA Data Bank; and
(b) the personnel of any DNA laboratory for the sole purpose of training, in accordance with such terms and conditions as may be specified by regulations.
