5.21 In countries such as Holland, Germany, France or Austria only individuals who have committed certain serious crimes are included in the DNA profiling.83

5.22 The relevant portion of the Executive Summary of "National DNA Databases 2011 84 " published by Andrew D Thibedeau, J.D., Senior Fellow under the aegis of Council for Responsible Genetics, covering several countries with regard to DNA profiling, including removal criteria and sample retention, is annexed to this Report as Annexure - I.
