11. Officers and other employees of Board

(1) The Board may, with the approval of the Central Government, appoint such officers and other employees, as it considers necessary, for the efficient discharge of its functions under this Act.

(2) The salaries and allowances payable to, and the terms and other conditions of service of the officers and employees appointed under sub-section (1) shall be such as may be prescribed.
