4.16. English definition.-
In one of the statutory definitions in England, 'guardian", in relation to any child or young person, has been defined as meaning he person having the legal right to the guardianship of the person of that child g young person.1 In another statutory definition in England, "guardian" has keen defined as including anybody who has for the time being charge of or control over a person2.
