The Law Commission invites views/comments on the subject with specific reference to the question whether there is need to constitute a body variously described a Nyaya Panchayat, Lok Adalat, Jan Panchayat, People's Court in rural and semi-urban areas on the lines indicated in the preceding paragraphs.
