4.8. Transport to be provided to the Panchayat Judges.-

The Panchayat Judge shall be provided with a transport vehicle preferably a jeep so that he can frequently move to the villages for on the spot disposal of the cases. Simultaneously, the vehicle must be made available to the other two Members of the Nyaya Panchayat for attending the court wherever it is to be held. This will save such voluntary Members from incurring cost and wasting time in reaching the place where the court is to be held.
