8.26. Verbal changes recommended in section 13.-
Certain verbal changes are, however, proposed in section 13, which should be revised as follows:-
Revised section 13
(1) Gender and Number.-In every Central Act or Regulation, unless the context otherwise requires, words importing the masculine gender shall include females.
(2) In every Central Act or Regulation, unless the context otherwise requires, words in the singular shall include the plural, and words in the plural shall include the singular.
