8.10. Amendments recommended.-

While it is not our intention to codify all the numerous points summarised above, we think it proper to give statutory recognition to some of them. The amendments which we recommend in section 9 will be apparent from the draft.1-2 We may also mention that we propose to extend the section to statutory instruments.
