Comments Received on the working Paper

6.1. Comments received on the Working Paper.-

As stated earlier,1 the Law Commission had invited, from interested persons and bodies, comments on the Working Paper prepared by the Commission on the subject. A request was made to forward the comments to the Commission by the 31st December, 1983. The Commission has taken into consideration all comments received upto the date of signing this Report.
