1.10. Working Paper circulated by the Commission.-
Before concluding this Chapter, it may be mentioned that the Commission had circulated, for comments, a Working Paper on the subject-matter of this Report1. The comments received on the Working Paper will be dealt with in a later Chapter2. The Commission is grateful to all those who have sent in their comments on the Working Paper.
