9. Transfer of other cases
(1) With effect from the commencement of this Act all proceedings relating to offences committed under the principal Act pending before any court shall stand transferred to the Immigration Court within whose jurisdiction such court is situate.
(2) The court shall as soon as may be after such transfer forward the records of such proceedings pending before it to the Immigration Court.
