13.3. Comment regarding quantum of policy.-

One comment on the working paper received from an individual1 suggests that the amount of Fatal Accident Insurance Policy should be raised in view of the rise in the cost of living. In this context, we may point out that the Fatal Accident Act does not deal with the amount of insurance policy nor with the quantum of compensation, the quantum is left to be fixed by the court, with due regard to all relevant factors.
