93. Amendment of section 161.-

In section 161 of the principal Act, for the words "Any writing", the words "Any document" shall be substituted.

94. Amendment of section 162.-

In section 162 of the principal Act, for the words ,"The Court, if it sees fit, may inspect the document, unless it refers to matters of State, or take other evidence to enable it to determine on its admissibility.", the words "The Court, if it sees fit, may inspect the document or take other evidence to enable it to determine on its admissibility.", shall be substituted.
