Section 31

The 69th Report stated (see para 11.95) that section 31 does not require any amendment.

There are several principles laid down by Courts that an admission must be considered as a whole and may be accepted in part or rejected in part. We do not think that any further additions to section 31 are necessary.

We are in entire agreement with the 69th Report that no amendments are necessary for section 31.
