32. Application Of Certain Laws. -

The provisions of this Act shall be in addition to, and not in derogation of the Persons with Disabilities Act, 1995 or any laws pertaining to persons with disability.

33. Act to have Overriding Effect. -

The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any enactment or instrument having the force of law.
