15.2. Delhi High Court ordinary civil jurisdiction.-
As to the other High Courts, it may be noted that in the year 1966, ordinary original civil jurisdiction was conferred on the Delhi High Court1 in respect of suits of a value of more than Rs. 25.000. This amount was subsequently2 raised to Rs. 50,000 with effect from 1st October, 1969.
