1.8. Reiteration of the Aforesaid Concept.-

The aforesaid idea was reiterated by the Supreme Court in a later decision rendered in 1996, Delhi Development Authority v. Skipper Construction Co. (P) Ltd., referred to above. It is only after extensively referring to the decision in the Attorney General v. Amratlal Prajivandas referred to above that the Court made the observations which have been quoted at the inception of this report.
