21. Provision regarding persons to whom the Hindu Marriage Act applies both before and after conversion.-
For the purposes of this Act, a person to whom the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (25 of 1955), applies, shall not be deemed to have been converted to another religion if, even after such conversion, the said Act continues to apply to such person.
