6.13. Transitional provisions.-
Apart from the above substantive provisions, transitional provisions will obviously be required in relation to several matters, including, in particular (and without purporting to be exhaustive)-
(a) the posting to each division of the judges already in office at the time when the new scheme comes into force; and
(b) saving or other provisions regarding pending cases.
