5.14. Panels in West Germany.-
From a recent article,1 it appears that the court consists of two panels (Senates) independent of each other, and each now consisting of eight Judges. Three judges of each panel are elected from the benches of other Superior federal courts [the Federal High Court, Federal Administrative Court, Federal Labour Court, Federal Social Court and Federal Tax Court].
