3.21. Lord Haldane's observations as to adjudication in the Privy Council.-
Incidentally, it may be proper to mention that the need for a broad outlook in constitutional matters was emphasised by Lord Haldane also in the Privy Council.1 He pointed out that in selecting the judges of the Judicial Committee attention had been paid to certain factors, in which he included the need for "training calculated to give what is called the statesmanlike outlook to the Judge."
