3.14. Chief Justice Warren Burger's suggestion.-
At this stage, it would be appropriate to mention that Chief Justice Warren Burger, while suggesting the creation of a Commission to look into the problem of case load in the Supreme Court, has further suggested that the Commission (if and when constituted in that country) could also take note of the fact that most European countries have, in effect, two or three courts of last resort, rather than only one such court.1-2
