3.8. Constitutional divisions in the Commonwealth.-
In Commonwealth jurisdiction, a Constitutional Division in the apex Court has not been created so far. Specialised divisions dealing with matters such as family law and administrative law have come to be established in several jurisdictions but not constitutional divisions.
