27. Order for maintenance of wives, children & parents: Amendment of section 125
Do you agree with the suggestion that in section 125 of the principal Act, in sub-section (2), for the words "five hundred rupees", the words "five thousand rupees" shall be substituted, or do you suggest any further amendments on the lines recommended by the Law Commission in its 132nd Report? (See Appendix II)
