16. Amendment of Order VI.- In the First Schedule, in Order VI:-

(i) rule 5 shall be omitted;

(ii) in rule 15, after sub-rule (3), the following sub-rule shall be inserted, namely:-

"(4) The person verifying the pleading shall also furnish an affidavit in support of his pleadings.";

(iii) rules 17 and 18 shall be omitted.
