Conclusions
11.1. Points dealt with.-
We have, in the preceding chapters, made an attempt to deal with such problems as appeared to require attention. The mass of case law and the numerous controversies create an impression that the Act bristles with problems. At the same time, we would like to say that there is no room for grave despondency.
