Chapter 8

Provisions Applicable to all Arbitrations

8.1. Section 26.-

With section 26 begins a group of provisions which are common to all arbitrations. That section provides that save as otherwise provided in this Act, the provisions of this Chapter (sections 26 to 38) shall apply to all arbitrations. The section needs no change.
