4.13. Section 13.-

New section to deal with power of the arbitrator to award interest.-The Arbitration Act is silent as to the power of the arbitrator to award interest on a sum of money awarded by the arbitrator. There is, in the Act, a section1-section 29-dealing with the power of the Court. But this section cannot be availed of by the arbitrator.
