120. Section 52.-

We have adopted section 18 of the Requisitioning and Acquisition of Immovable Property Act, 1952, which gives complete immunity in respect of any act done in good faith or intended to be done in pursuance of that Act. In view of this, the provision contained in section 52 of the Land Acquisition Act can have application only to acts done in abuse of the provisions of the Act which do not deserve any protection. Section 52 has, therefore, been omitted.
