27. Power to make regulations.

The Competent Authority may, with the previous approval of the Central Government or the State Government, as the case may be, by notification in the Official Gazette, make regulations not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act and the rules made there under to provide for all matters for which provision is expedient for the purposes of giving effect to the provisions of this Act.
