Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985

1. Short title and commencement

(1) These rules may be called the Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (Financial and Administrative Powers) Rules, 1987.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
