8.Terms and conditions of service of Members.-

The salaries and allowances payable to ,and other terms and conditions of service of. The Members shall be such as may be prescribed.

Provided that neither the salary and allowances not the other terms and conditions of service of s Member shall be varied to his disadvantage after his appointment.
